IRVING, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Residents of Irving are reporting another earthquake shaking the ground early Tuesday morning.
According to the USGS the latest tremor was felt at 8:37am and was a registered 2.7 magnitude, located 3 miles Northeast of Irving at a depth of 5km, not among the strongest of the recent quakes.
This makes the seventh quake in North Texas in the past few days, and the sixth one in Irving alone.

And an earthquake over the weekend jolted people in Fort Worth, Mansfield, and Venus.
Fracking opponents blame the earthquakes on the controversial oil and gas drilling process.
