IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) – The U.S Geological Survey has confirmed another earthquake, this one measuring 2.6, happened in Irving late Thursday night.
The center of the earthquake was near the same locations that were shaken last week.
The earthquake happened around 9:25 p.m. and was at a depth of about three miles.
According to CBS 11 Storm Team Meteorologist Larry Mowry, this is the 11th earthquake to hit in the area, in the last month.
The quakes have varied in magnitude from around 2.0 to 3.4.
